Joe Bonamassa is the guitarist's guitarist. A master of the blues, Bonamassa easily ranks alongside the more well known Clapton or Jeff Beck. Such was his prodigious talent that he supported B.B. King at the tender of age of twelve in 1989, and was christened by King as "one of a kind." Since then, he's played with anyone who is anyone and released a formidable catalog of studio albums.
Bonamassa is one of those performers who seems to live on the road this year is no different. An opportunity to witness a master at the very top of his game is one not to be missed!

Incredible guitarist
I love blues/rock. I've seen Bonamassa before and looked forward to seeing him again at the Ryman. As soon as he started it was high gear and the sound quality was terrible. I sat thru the first several songs wondering if I'd make it to the end. And then....
When Joe introduced Kenny Wayne Shepherd, everything clicked. Sadly, KWS only joined in on one song, which was amazing, but the audio team finally figured it out and all the songs after that were much better quality.
I am amazed at the talent of Joe B. He's on a level all by himself. But, for me, I'll take the raw energy of KWS anyday!! Great show though. I'd do it again. ... Read more

you guys were amazing !! Saw you in New York.Now in Richmond . Moved down here .My husband surprised me with tickets!!! Was so happy !!!Loved the show last night !! You and your band are amazing !!
